On Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013, representatives of the Kootenay Robusters met with Lisa Pasin at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital to make their annual donation.  This year's cheque was earmarked for the digital mammography machine, which the hospital hopes to have in place shortly.  Over the years, the Robusters have donated $40,000.00 to the hospital, thanks to the support of members of the community who purchase the annual Robuster calendar - filled with scenic photos donated by local photographers.
