On February 4th the Kootenay Robusters Dragon Boat Team held our Annual General Meeting. We were honoured to have our den mother, Kay Read,  join us for lunch and a team photo.  She is an important part of the Robuster family.  

At the meeting we discussed festival participation and made plans to take part in a festival in San Francisco in the fall - our first international trip.  

We hope to get the dragon boat in the water by the end of April, if not earlier, depending on the weather and are all working hard on our off season training so we'll be ready to go when paddling starts.
