Raising Awareness at Mark's Work Wearhouse

On September 22, the Kootenay Robusters Dragon Boat Team and Mark's Work Wearhouse joined forces to raise awareness of breast cancer, share prevention strategies and raise money for research.  As well, the Robusters were offering their 2012 calendar for sale.  Money raised from these calendars supports the local dragon boat program (open to all women) and the regional hospital.   This year the focus is helping to purchase digital mammography equipment.  Left to right: Margaret Green, Pat Tjader, Mark's manager Marlene Brummelhuis, Lauren Derksen, Jan Micklethwaite and Deb LeRose.
