During the "Breast Cancer" month of October, Canada Safeway organizes fundraising initiatives in their stores. Our Castlegar members recently participated in one of Safeway's events and added a bit of colour to the proceedings. In the photo are Joy Anderson, Pat Sheppard, Lidia Sorenson and Bernice Barrass. Part of the Robuster mandate is to take part in community activities in order to raise awareness of the fact that there is life after breast cancer and that survivors can lead active and vibrant lives. |  |
