On Sunday, April 31, a group of Robusters met at Gyro Park in Trail to take part in the Daffodil Dash - a fundraiser for the Cancer Society.  We had the choice of running or walking either 5 or 10 km in the bright sunshine and warm temperatures.  Team members warmed up for the event with our coach, Trish Ostlund, who led all participants in some exercises to stretch out and prepare the legs.  Then, as each Robuster came through the finish line, there were cheers of encouragement from the gang of supporters waiting on the other side.
